5. Packing & Delivery
We use international standard packaging. Each product is packed in a carton, with an outer wooden case. The packaging is fumigated to prevent pests. The ice machine and ice storage unit are packaged separately inside the box.

After agreeing on the product's finish and price, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.
If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use their services to deliver the goods. If not, once the goods arrive at the destination port, you must find a shipping forwarder to help clear customs.
