The Aksu Huajin Fertilizer Plant with an annual output of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 520,000 tons of urea is located in Kuche County, Xinjiang Aksu Prefecture. The project was laid on August 18, 2003 and ground broke on February 25, 2004.
