It features a combination of moving and fixed sewing heads, enabling the machine to automatically move, corner, and flip the mattress during the taping process. This model is equipped with unique functions such as automatic raising and lowering of the sewing head at corners, speed reduction when navigating corners, and automatic recovery of sewing speed after passing through them. Additionally, it allows for adjustable tilting angles of the sewing head, customizable lifting height, and flexible control over stitching quality, making it highly adaptable for various mattress sizes and styles.
Technical Features
1. The machine is equipped with a heavy-duty 300U chain stitch sewing head and variable speed control, allowing it to handle all mattress sizes from crib to king size.
2. Designed specifically for today's heavy-duty mattresses, it can operate at a top speed of up to 3000 RPM.
3. The operator remains in a stationary position while the wide conveyor belts move the mattress into place. Built-in compression and turning devices bring the mattress directly to the sewing head.
4. The sewing head automatically adjusts its height and slows down at corners, resulting in more precise and beautiful stitching.
