At the same time, the DC measurement technology for electric vehicle charging equipment was studied, and 2 local measurement technical specifications and 2 patents were formulated in Beijing.
Under the auspices of the project, in 2016 Beijing Municipality took the lead in implementing the DC metering method for DC charging of electric vehicles at the input port, and using the results of the project to cooperate with the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Housing and Construction Commission and other government departments, and involved in the public service industry. The common DC charger performs metering tests. It provides measurement support for the commercialization of charging facilities, provides technical basis for regulating the design, production, and acceptance of energy metering devices for charging and charging meters, and promotes the development and application of electric vehicles and charging equipment industries.
