HS (R) Series Introduction::
The HS(R) pump is a horizontal centrifugal heavy-duty slurry pump designed for continuous pumping of high-abrasive and high-density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. It ensures high efficiency throughout the wear life of its components. Rubber and metal-lined pumps feature radially split casings, reducing maintenance and downtime. These pumps can be installed in multi-stage configurations.
Features:
1. Replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber liners and impellers, offering long service life.
2. Easy adjustment of the space between the impeller and front liner, which can be completely removed during maintenance.
3. Bearing assembly uses grease lubrication.
4. Seal types include packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal.
5. Discharge direction can be installed at 45-degree intervals, oriented to any eight positions for different applications.
6. Drive types include V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.
7. Wide application range, good NPSH, and high efficiency. The series pump can be installed in multi-stage to meet long-distance delivery needs.
