Fast transmissions will all be lightweight

At the "2nd China International Truck Fuel-Efficiency Contest" concluded recently, Fast Transmission received two awards, the "Economy Achievement Award" and "The Most Fuel-efficient Transmission Award," becoming the only two consecutive companies in the automotive transmission industry. The company won this award. In order to truly realize the goal of fuel economy, Fast has been advancing the lightweighting of assembly components and adopting new technologies, materials and processes. In this contest, 60% of the award-winning models matched the Fast Transmission . The participating OEMs all stated that: In the heavy truck market, Fast Transmission's share of nearly 90% is eye-catching and has become the most trusted and reliable partner for heavy truck companies and users.
In recent years, Fast has relied on independent innovation and technological advancement to continuously optimize its product structure, extend its industrial chain, and achieved remarkable results in lightening product weight, optimizing drive system matching and environmental protection. A series of new transmission products developed with lightweight design have adopted a high and low gear design. The teeth are designed for non-standard involute K-shaped teeth. The main box is equipped with a high-performance double-cone synchronizer. Product reliability and maneuverability are greatly improved. At the same time, the need for multiple functions of the vehicle has been fully taken into account in the design process, and the power-taking parts are numerous and convenient. Under normal circumstances, the rear power take-off device can be installed at the rear end of the auxiliary box countershaft, and various types of power take-off devices can be installed at the bottom, front, and side of the transmission to meet the special needs of all walks of life. The demand is widely matched to various special vehicles such as road trucks, dump trucks, tractors, military heavy-duty vehicles, truck cranes, large-scale fire engines, airport refueling vehicles, concrete mixers, railway railcars, and special vehicles.
In addition, because the Fast multi-block countershaft transmission is one to two more gears in design than the other single countershaft transmissions, the speed ratio difference between the gears is significantly less than that of the single countershaft transmission. The engine is always in the best working condition, which helps improve the acceleration of the vehicle and greatly reduces the fuel consumption and pollution emissions of the vehicle. Fast double twinshaft transmission power input from the input shaft, and then diverted to the two intermediate shafts, and finally converged on the spindle output, to achieve a power split inside the box, so that each intermediate shaft and each gear in the transmission The load is halved, which greatly improves the stress of the gears, bearings and housing. The width of the gears and the size of the assembly can be greatly compressed, bringing about the lightweight design of the product and the overall arrangement of various short-axis torque heavy vehicles. Great convenience.
With the same load, the same road conditions and the same use conditions, the heavy-duty vehicles equipped with Fast double twinax transmissions can save up to 4 liters per 100 km, which greatly reduces the user's transportation costs.
The lightweighting of assembly components is an important basis for advancing vehicle energy conservation and environmental protection. At present, Fast has invested more than 100 million yuan in its Baoji factory. It has introduced two 2700T aluminum alloy die-casting production lines and 1600T aluminum alloy die-casting production lines in the United States, and the US aluminum alloy lost foam casting automatic production line has been put into batch production. The lightweight development of transmission has laid a solid foundation. On October 10th this year, Fast 's 200 million units of double countershaft transmissions are off the assembly line. This is a new product of the all-aluminum alloy 12-speed transmission that the company independently researches and develops. The product has achieved major breakthroughs in light-weight technology innovation, energy saving, and environmental protection. The total weight is reduced by 108 kg, providing the latest optimized configuration for the vehicle to achieve energy saving and light weight. It is understood that the next goal established by Fast is to strive to achieve a lightweight switch of the full range of transmissions as soon as possible to better meet and adapt to market development needs.
