We can produce the items based on your drawings or specific requirements. Our smelting process includes Electric Furnace (EF) + Ladle Furnace (LF) + Vacuum Degassing (VD) + Vacuum Casting (VC). The production flow follows this sequence: Ingot → Heating → Forging → Heat Treatment (Normalizing + Tempering) → Inspection → Rough Machining → Ultrasonic Testing (UT) → Second Heat Treatment → Finishing Machining → Final Inspection.
