The PC pump is a modern and widely used production in oil fields both domestically and internationally, playing a crucial role in crude oil extraction. Our company has dedicated many years to the research and development of screw pumps and their accessories. We have over 50 types of screw pumps, with displacements ranging from GLB20 to GLB3000, and well depths exceeding 2300m. These include single head PC pumps for ordinary crude oil, high temperature PC pumps suitable for 170 degrees, bimetallic type for 350 degrees, hollow rotor PC pumps for heating and flushing, uniform thickness PC pumps suitable for depths over 1800m or for crude oil containing high hydrogen sulfide, high hydrocarbon, and high gas properties, as well as special types for CBM drainage and gas.
The PC pump is versatile, capable of handling both low viscosity crude oil and heavy oil, high freezing point oil, high wax content oil, high sand content oil, and high gas content oil. It offers significant advantages in transforming dry wells into active ones.
For the use of PC pumps, we offer four driving head devices: Belt Gear Reduction Transmission (horizontal), Gearless Transmission (vertical), Direct Drive Motor Gearing, and Eccentric Test Gearing. According to recent trends, it's expected that PC pumps will replace large heavy beam-pumping units in shallow and medium-deep wells. They offer benefits such as one-time low investment, high oil production efficiency, low energy consumption, simple structure, and easy operation, installation, and maintenance. As application technology and oil production equipment improve, PC Pumps are expected to be widely used in the future.
