The mining screener vibrating screen is designed for separating stone, gravel, and sand in mineral processing. It uses a vibration motor or general motor to drive the excitation device, creating periodic reciprocating vibrations along the direction of the sieve body. This linear motion allows materials on the screen surface to move in a parabolic path, effectively achieving the screening purpose.
 
This vibrating screen consists of a vibration source, sieve body, screen mesh, anti-vibration device, and base. The first floor of the vibrating screen typically uses sucker rods from oil fields (as shown in the images below). The lateral plates are made of high-quality steel plates. The connection between the lateral plates, beams, and the vibrating object’s base uses high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets, ensuring a reasonable and durable structure.
