3.1 Production process conditions During the production process, we continuously adjust the process conditions according to the actual situation. 3.2 Washing Quality In the production process, we use the ZNKZ washing machine (new system in Table 1) for vacuum, slurry concentration, black liquor extraction rate, residual alkali volume in washing, and black liquor concentration for alkali recovery. The indicators were tested and compared with the old system pulp washers. See Table 1. The vacuum level of the unit is significantly higher than that of the old system. After washing, the residual alkali of the slurry is greatly reduced, and the quality of pulp washing is greatly improved.
