The standard oil
purifier is composed of primary oil filter, oil pump and oil filtration device.
Primary filter is as the tubular metal mesh filter, normally it is stainless,
to prevent the larger solid particles of the oil going to the oil pump. Oil pump
normal is gear pump, to transport the waste oil into the oil
filtration device. The oil filtration device can be plate press oil purifier or
other fine filter.
For the plate press
oil purifier, the waste oil is pumped by the oil pump, goes into to plate press
oil purifier, goes into the oil filter bed, go through the oil filter papers,
then go out from the filtering bed, and then out of the oil purifier machine,
the final treated oil goes out.
The particles is left
on the surface of the oil filter paper, and some water is also be absorbed by
the oil paper wool stoma.
After the pressure
gauge shows the pressure is over 0.3mpa, you need to change the oil filter
paper. Becahse there is too much particies or water left on the surface of the
oil paper, the pressure is rising. So for the plate pressure oil purifier, it
can remove particles and some water from the waste oil, such as the lubricant
oil, cooking oil, turbine oil etc.
The operation cost is
low, and the oil purifier machine is cheap, and easy to move from one place to
the other place.
