On December 12, 2015, the "China Brand Value Evaluation Information Release 2015 and China Brand Development Forum 2015" jointly organized by China Brand Building Promotion Association, China Central Television, China Assets Assessment Association, and China International Trade Promotion Association were held in Beijing. This year's evaluation covers the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, and the types of evaluation have expanded from corporate brands to product brands, regional brands, and independent innovation brands. Evaluations are based on 21 national standards and four national standards are being initiated. According to Liu Jun, chairman of the China Brand Building Promotion Association, the China Brand Building Promotion Association, in accordance with the requirements of the State Council, has established a scientific evaluation index and adhered to the publication of public welfare evaluations. Yuchai’s achievements in independent innovation are the fundamental reason for Yuchai’s top position. All along, Yuchai has always insisted on independent innovation. In 2015, Yuchai launched the country’s first Euro VI diesel engine in the Beijing market based on the introduction of the National Five Products in the leading industry, and continued to seize the commanding height. From January to July, the production and sales volume of Yuchai’s National IV and State V engines increased by more than 60% year-on-year. At the same time, prior to the implementation of the T3 emission regulations, Yuchai has increased its product development efforts. In mid-August, there will be more than 10 models of engine-compliant engines available, laying the technical foundation for Yuchai’s T3. In addition, Yuchai’s R&D technical reserves in plug-in hybrid, electric vehicle and other new energy power fields have been completed, helping Yuchai meet new challenges.
