The assembly line uses a number of industry-leading technologies such as on-line press-fitting of bearings and hot mounting of key shafts, advanced assembly technology, and a high degree of automation. It can provide users with S-series mechanical transmissions that target European, American, and high-end markets. The line successfully passed the acceptance test and laid a solid foundation for the mass production of the company's S series transmissions and the rapid capture of the market's commanding height. On the day of acceptance, Li Yan, the company’s leader, headed the relevant departments of the Technology Research Institute, Design Institute, and Equipment Energy Headquarters to guide the inspection and acceptance work, and congratulated the successful acceptance of the S transmission assembly line. He said that the S series transmission is a new generation of mechanical transmission with international standards developed by companies for the upgrading of commercial vehicles, which is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. The successful acceptance of the S transmission assembly line is the result of the joint efforts of the majority of technical personnel and provides an important guarantee for the comprehensive promotion of the S transmission. However, the adoption of acceptance is by no means the end point. All relevant departments should actively cooperate with equipment manufacturers to continue to optimize their products, and constantly improve efficiency and ensure production capacity.
