Fault 2: The main shaft and the outer surface have oil leakage. Failure analysis: The oil in the mailbox is overfilled and leaks from the top of the bearing seat. Solution: When filling the oil, do not make the oil exceed the mark on the center of the oil mark.
Fault 3: Spindle box clamp is not tight Fault analysis: 55"quot;deg. of the engagement between the spindle box and the rocker arm; the clearance between the guide rail surface is large; the position of the spindle box clamp block is not correct; the clamp oil cylinder and the brake frame joint drain or There is an oil leakage in the relevant place, and the amount of diamond block interference is not enough to make it stand up and lock.Solution: Adjust the screw to match the 55"quot;deg; guide surface should not exceed 0.04mm clearance; In the state, loosen the screws and adjust the clamping block to the appropriate position and tighten the screws.
