Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It’s only 30 minutes from Baiyun International Airport. You can reach us via:

Q: Can you create custom branding and packaging? Is there an additional cost?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM services are available without extra charges. You can send us your designs in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or share your ideas, and our designers will develop them for you.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For our own GL brand, there is no MOQ requirement. For private brands and custom designs, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.

Q: Is it possible to get free samples?

A: Yes, we offer up to 5 free samples. However, as these are hazardous materials, they cannot be shipped through regular couriers. New customers need to cover the shipping costs, which will be deducted from their next order. It's recommended to pay via Western Union for speed and security. Once payment is received, samples will be sent via TNT, DHL, or EMS, and should arrive within 5–7 days.

Q: How long does production take?

A: Production typically takes 25–30 days for one 20ft container.

A: Our payment terms are as follows:

1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
