(1) From the stand-alone production scale of ultra-fine products, the single-machine production capacity of impact mill, dry sand mill and ring roller mill is small. In comparison, ball mill and vertical mill can obtain more under the same conditions. High yield, easy to achieve large-scale processing of heavy calcium.

(2) Ultra-fine vertical grinding In the ultra-fine processing of heavy calcium, the biggest feature is that it can produce heavy calcium products with lower power consumption (when producing products below 1250 mesh) and larger scale.

(3) The single-machine capacity of the ball mill is the largest, and the performance is more outstanding when producing products of more than 1,250 mesh. The new ultra-fine vertical mill can produce powders of less than 1500 mesh at a time, especially when producing 400-1000 mesh heavy calcium products.
