Experts gathered in Zhuozhou for advice and suggestions --- Zhejiang Fluorine Silicon Industry Base

Does Chuzhou have the conditions to become a high-tech industrial base for fluorine and silicon chemicals in Zhejiang and even in China? If the answer is yes, how should it be? On December 3, the relevant professional seminars jointly organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, the Quzhou City Government, and Juhua Group, dozens of chemical experts and industry authorities from all over the country provided advice on how to build Zhejiang Fluorosilicon Industry Base.
Chen Qingyun: Promoting R&D and Market Connections Academician Chen Qingyun from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences believes that China's fluorosilicone chemical manufacturing industry is still in its early stages of development. No matter whether it is the product's variety, quantity, or quality, compared with the international advanced level, there is a comparison. There is a large gap, and this gap continues to increase over time. In his opinion, one of the most important reasons for this phenomenon is the disconnect between R&D and the market. In our country, scientific research power is still mainly concentrated in scientific research institutions, and the R&D power of enterprises is relatively weak. However, because scientific research institutions do not directly participate in market competition, researchers are likely to be satisfied with the results of the laboratory. There is lack of motivation and lack of practicality in the research of market applications, performance improvement, quality improvement, and serialization of new products. Taking fluorine products as an example, China's annual fluorspar exports account for about 50% of the world's total, and the total production scale of basic fluorine chemicals such as tetrafluoroethylene is also among the highest in the world. However, the sales of fluorinated chemicals in China are only It accounts for 3% of the world's total sales. The variety is also very limited. Many products also rely on imports. From the perspective of profit distribution, this proportion is even smaller. In other words, we use half of the world’s mineral resources in exchange for less than 3% of the world’s profits, which is very sad. This fact also shows that the source of greater profits for fluorinated workers is actually downstream of the industry chain. Therefore, Academician Chen believes that Zhangzhou should focus on the development of downstream industries of fluorosilicon, relying on the platform of Juhua's national-level enterprise technology center, expand cooperation with domestic and foreign research institutes, and vigorously develop downstream products of fluorosilicon through joint research and development with the market. In terms of product refinement and serialization, we will make features.
Bai Yan: Concern about the Trends of Competitors Bai Tong, deputy dean of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Planning Institute, believes that currently there is a base for the development of both fluorine and silicon in China, and Ganzhou is the only one. This is a very unique advantage. Taking advantage of this advantage, there will be a very good prospect for the fluorosilicone base in Chenzhou. Regarding the development plan for the fluorine and silicon industries in Zhejiang Province and Ganzhou City, Baidu believes that such planning should not only analyze the conditions and advantages of the province and the state of Quzhou, but also analyze the external environment, especially the competitors. In place. In her opinion, the fluorosilicon industry is already very hot in China. Not only do multinational companies are optimistic about the domestic market, but also some powerful private enterprises are entering. At this time, we must pay close attention to the trends of competitors. After a clear orientation of industrial development, the analysis of external resources to the resource support and environmental carrying capacity of the base development cannot be ignored. This is a reflection of the scientific concept of development.
Zhou Kejing: Concerned about the circulation and service sector, the expert committee of China Fluorosilicone Organic Materials Industry Association Professor Zhou Kejing believes that vigorously developing downstream products with smaller pollution and higher added value is right, but there is a premise that It is to make the basic part better and stronger. In fact, the basic fluorine chemical workers in our country appear to be large but not strong. The data shows that China exports a large amount of PTFE to the outside world at the same time, but also imports a lot of the same product. The difference is that the quality requirements of imported products are higher, and our own enterprises cannot produce. In other words, China has a great demand for high-grade PTFE. This need to arouse everyone's attention. Ganzhou already has a certain basic fluorine chemical industry, but it needs to be further improved in terms of product quality, production technology, and technical standards, and strives to achieve convergence with the world. This base is only competitive.
Professor Zhou also suggested that according to the rules of accommodating the market, the Ganzhou municipal government and local enterprises can pay more attention to the circulation and service sectors. The formation of a base is complementary to the development of circulation and service systems.
Bao Lafa: Environmental protection is the key Bo Lai Fa, a senior engineer of Zhejiang Environmental Institute pointed out that when formulating industrial development plans, the analysis of the carrying capacity of the environment must not be ignored. We have already suffered a lot of losses in this respect. Zhangzhou is located in the upper reaches of the Qiantang River water system, and the current water pollution situation in the Qiantang River is already very serious. The development of fluorine silicon industry in Zhangzhou must face the problem of fluorine pollution control.
Bao Laifa believes that the construction of fluoride-silicon plants in Zhangzhou can only take the finest path. Therefore, first of all, we must strictly control the selection of projects entering the base. Resolutely refuse to pollute the environment. At the same time, the base must ensure that sufficient funds are invested in the construction of complete environmental protection treatment facilities and timely treatment of sewage, solid waste, etc. Only through environmental protection, the construction of this base is long-lasting and sustainable.
