Successful manufacture of methanation reactor for the first time in China

The domestic first-generation methanation reactor was successfully manufactured at Taizhong Group's coal chemical branch. The first batch of 7 products was shipped to users in recent days. The technical, performance and other indicators of the equipment have reached the international advanced level of similar products.
These 7 sets of products are manufactured by Taizhong Coal Chemicals Branch for Inner Mongolia Datang International Keshiketengqi Coal Production Natural Gas Co., Ltd. The methanation plant uses three fixed-bed reactors to remove carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide during coal gasification to produce gasification gas, and then to synthesize carbon monoxide and hydrogen into methane.
It is understood that with the constant adjustment of China's energy structure, coal-to-oil and other clean coal production technologies have also been rapidly developed. How to convert carbon monoxide into methane as soon as possible in the coal chemical industry is a high-end technology issue related to improving coal utilization.
