The problem of old-fashioned seed germination room's lack of moisture and its contrast with the new style

Seed germination room needs to maintain a certain temperature and humidity, the general temperature is about 20 ~ 30 °C, while the relative humidity requires more than 90%. Since germinating chambers must be kept at a high temperature frequently, if the moisture prevention is not considered properly, it often results in damage to the building structure of the germination chamber and other equipment in the room due to moisture and corrosion. Therefore, necessary attention must be paid to moisture prevention when designing the germination chamber.

The problems caused by poor consideration of moisture prevention are: 1. Moisture has penetrated into the surface of the painted plaster wall, cracking and peeling off the plaster, and the heat insulation layer inside the wall is exposed. 2. The humidification system of the two germination chambers fails, and the hair hygrometer generates adhesions that affect the temperature control. 3. The aluminum and iron parts have more severe corrosion. 4. Indoor electrical equipment and wires and cables are unsafe due to high humidity.

Zhejiang Top Instrument Co., Ltd. independently developed a new smart seed germination room designed and produced according to the requirements of the national industry standard JB/T6823-93 "Biological Artificial Climate Chamber", which is an intelligent micro computer artificial climate room control system of FPID control mode. The library door adopts a stainless steel standard sealed door with a height×width×thickness of 192×80×10 cm, and is equipped with a deluxe security lock. The problems described in 1 and 3 above will not occur due to poor moisture protection.

The temperature control of the system adopts FPID fuzzy control. It influences all the influencing factors of the temperature of the growth chamber, such as the ambient temperature, the setting temperature of the growth chamber, the light intensity, and the dehumidification status, to participate in the temperature adjustment of the FPID, so that the quality of the temperature control is almost perfect. This technology is at the leading domestic level. The system's moisture control system also uses FPID fuzzy control. It not only performs bit PID control according to humidity deviation on the dehumidification and humidification, but also introduces the cooling status into the humidity control system and also introduces the relationship between humidification and dehumidification to the moisture control system. Compared to the old-fashioned seed germination room, the RTOP-D seed germination room has more complete functions, more perfect equipment and more intelligent systems.
