Analysis of the working state of the planer

The planer and the planer are not allowed to feed during the planing of the workpiece forward and during the forward air travel and the retraction of the planer to the exit of the workpiece. After the planer has just exited the workpiece A point, the signal is input to the computer. When the computer receives this signal, it starts the interpolation operation. The output pulse is amplified by the circuit to the X and Y two stepping motors to realize the two-coordinate feed motion. When the tool retreats to the limit position B of the back stroke and then advances the knife to the point A of the workpiece, a feed motion of the feed t is completed.

Regardless of whether the planer is moving forward or backward, the planing process has two states: the planer is not allowed to feed on the workpiece and in the forward air travel; the feed state is allowed when the planer is in the back travel. An iron piece suitable for a large amount of shaving length can be fixed on the ram, and the sensor can be conveniently moved back and forth on the bed to accommodate workpieces of different workpiece lengths and different front and rear positions.

When the planer is on the workpiece and on the front air stroke, the sensor is close to the long iron piece, and the sensor outputs a high level; when the planer is on the back air stroke, the left end of the iron piece is away from the sensor to the right, and the sensor outputs a low level.

Using a sensor to coordinate the adjustment of the sensor. Because the reciprocating motion of the planer is relatively fast, the O-15N-l type non-contact electromagnetic sensor is used. The diameter of the sensor is 24, the leftmost end of the iron piece is C, and the surface of the iron piece is not more than 15 from the end face of the sensor. Effectively, within the effective distance, the iron piece has an output signal of not less than 4 in the radial direction from the bus bar. Before the cutting, the front and rear positions 1 of the tool tip on one side of the workpiece are random.
