I recently came across these old fire trucks in Big Flat, Arkansas. It's interesting to see how they've been left behind, but it's also a reminder of the history these vehicles once held. The truck was originally from X-Alsip, Illinois, and it's amazing to think about where it's been over the years.
Here are a few photos I took of the vehicle, which is now sitting in storage or possibly being dismantled. It's not often you get to see such a classic piece of firefighting equipment in such a remote location.
