A few days ago, the German supplier Continental Company stated that it had invested 185 million euros (equivalent to 1.7 billion yuan) in advance to open the first Chinese tire factory in Hefei, Anhui Province, China. The plant is located in the southeastern part of China and its production capacity can meet the demand of 4 million cars and passenger cars. This factory will produce high-quality tires for the Chinese market and involve related exports. As the company's late-stage investment increases, the final output will reach 16 million vehicles per year.
