Since 2003, Jiangxi Changyun has established a strategic alliance with bus manufacturers to try to adopt a "continuous new car" model for some of the company's high-speed passenger vehicles. At present, the number of vehicles operating using the "Continuing New Car" model has reached 101.

"From the perspective of fuel economy, the 'continuous new car' model has obvious effects. For example, Jiangxi Changyun Nanchang Company has a total of 77 passenger cars of 12 meters. After adopting the 'continuous new car' model, the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers of these vehicles has dropped by about 1.33 litres. The rate of decline was 5.1%, and the annual saving of diesel was about 449,680 liters. In terms of models, taking the North Neoplan BFC6125-A bus as an example, the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers in the traditional model was 25.5 liters, after adopting the 'new car' model. Its 100 kilometers of fuel consumption is 24 liters, 100 kilometers fell 1.5 liters, a drop of 5.9%." Jiang Xingzhi said.

Old cars play waste heat

In 2003, Jiangxi Changyun signed the first batch of procurement agreements with a bus manufacturer, and bus manufacturers promised to buy back these vehicles after 5 years. How do you deal with buyback vehicles?

After 34 years, with the declining performance of vehicles, the high-speed deployment to the trunk line was achieved. Passenger transportation companies change their habits

The concept of “Continuing New Cars” not only reduces fuel consumption, but also changes the habits of passenger transport companies. Wang Zhigang, manager of the high-speed passenger second branch company of Nanchang Changyun Co., Ltd., said: “The regular service life of passenger vehicles is 8 years, and now we have reached 5 years in advance. Previously, vehicles were used until they could not be used before they were changed. Now it is different. At the beginning, our business units were reluctant to change cars in 5 years because the cost of amortization to purchase cars is higher than usual.In general, the price of each car is between 1 million and 2 million yuan. It is 72 months to amortize, but only 60 months after 5 years, but after a few years of implementation of this model, we found that the money saved in all aspects of repairs and fuel expenses is still very objective, and the anchoring rate is also reduced. It is relatively easy to operate, and now we all agree with this model. At present, all of our 38 passenger cars have entered the five-year cycle model of 'continuous new cars'."

It is understood that the implementation of the "continuous new car" model must meet several conditions. Wang Zhigang said: "First of all, the passenger transport company must reach a cooperation agreement with the bus manufacturers. The number of car purchases must reach a certain scale, and manufacturers will introduce such business policies.
