It was learned from the Ministry of Land and Resources of Qinghai Province that following the launch of 18 important mineral resource exploration projects on April 8 for investment across the country, Qinghai Province will again launch 10 mining rights to open auctions at the forthcoming “Green Fairâ€. This is another large-scale mining rights auction that has been held since Qinghai's land and resources department cancelled the administrative approval for exploration right and mining rights in 2009, and adopted the resources allocated by the market and the full implementation of bidding and auction. According to Peng Yu, director of the Mineral Resources Management Committee Office of Qinghai Province, the mining rights of this auction include 7 exploration rights, mainly including gold, coal and lead-zinc prospects; there are 3 mining rights, respectively asbestos and Bluestone, mineral water mining rights. The auction will be held at 15:00 on June 10 at the International Hall of the Qinghai Conference Center.
