Three review experts from Tianjin University, Hebei University of Technology and Tianjin University of Science and Technology reviewed the project.

Carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen, as the three elements with high proportion and large effect in coal, are of great significance for coal quality analysis, coal sample testing and emission control. Based on the original manufacturer, Tianjin has proposed 2016-ZJ-NY-006 "Upgrading and Renovating Hydrocarbon Element Measuring Device", which is carried out by adding a nitrogen element inspection module and updating the software inside the original hydrocarbon element measuring device. The corresponding hardware and software upgrade work was upgraded to an elemental analysis that can simultaneously detect three elements of hydrocarbon nitrogen. Through the later test verification, the upgraded instrument indicators meet the requirements and achieve the expected goals.
The centrifuge is an important processing step in the pre-treatment process of the sample in scientific research and medical treatment. The rotation speed of the centrifuge directly affects the test result. At present, the commonly used method of measuring the speed is to use a tachometer to paste a piece of reflective paper on the shaft to be measured, and use the sensor to obtain a light reflection signal to be processed to complete the measurement. However, this method is only for a centrifuge without a cover type or with a plexiglass observation window type. For safety reasons, most of the centrifuge designs can only be rotated after the cover is closed to prevent the objects and instruments from being centrifuged. Injury, so such test equipment can not meet the requirements.
Aiming at the problem that the speed of the centrifuge without the observation window can not be detected safely and effectively in the actual measurement work, the 2016-ZJ-NY-001 "Centrifuge Speed ​​Wireless Test Device" developed by Tianjin Metrology Institute has developed a set of wireless. The speed measuring device has achieved a number of scientific research results. The device has been calibrated by the National Metrology Institute to meet the needs of daily work, effectively filling the gap in Tianjin's inability to safely and effectively measure such instruments.
The review experts fully affirmed the achievements and practical applications of the project. At the same time, the project review was successfully passed, effectively assisting the national energy conservation and environmental protection measurement instrumentation quality supervision and inspection center (Tianjin) (funding) construction.
