The acceptance results show that the performance indicators of the marine high-power dynamometer meet the design requirements, and can replace the imported dynamometer to perform various performance tests on the low-speed high-power diesel engine.
According to reports, the 2N250 dynamometer was developed by the company in cooperation with Antai Power for two years. It has constant position, constant torque, constant speed and other characteristics. The net weight of the whole machine is 170 tons. The maximum test power is 55,000 kilowatts. The maximum speed is 150 rpm. The maximum absorption torque is 4500 kilograms. The speed measurement accuracy is plus or minus 0.1. The index/torque has a torque measurement accuracy of 0.3% FS and a torque control accuracy of plus or minus 0.5% FS. At the same time, in order to facilitate the centering connection with the diesel engine, the dynamometer can be three-dimensionally hydraulically adjusted, and the body can be moved 15 mm to the left and right.
At present, the company's full range of ship dynamometers are available in 1N125, 1N200, 1N250, 2N200, 2N250, 2N316, 2N350 and other models. It can test medium- and low-speed marine diesel engines with 210-980 mm bore.
