The meeting was co-organized by the Vice Chairman of the Water Metering Committee of the China Metrology Association and the Secretary-General's Unit Ningbo Water Meter Co., Ltd., Li Minghua, Secretary-General of the First Technical Committee of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Industrial Process Measurement, Control and Automation, and Yao Ling, Secretary-General of the Water Metering Working Committee. Representatives of the members of the National Standards Working Group for the preparation of revisions participated in the meeting. On the morning of July 19, Zhang Shihao, chairman of the former Water Metering Working Committee, and chairman of Ningbo Water Meters Co., Ltd., and full-time deputy secretary general of the former Water Meter Working Committee Ye Xiancang also attended the meeting, with more than 30 participants. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Li Minghua.
The preparation and revision of the two national standards was led by the Shanghai Institute of Industrial Automation Instrumentation and carried out its work in accordance with the principles of equivalent adoption of the international standards ISO4064 1 to 5:2014 and ISO 22158:2011. The members of the working group of the revision and revision team are recommended through the collection of water meter nets, independent registration of enterprises, and the approval of the Water Metering Committee. The conditions for the members of the proposed working group are: the member units that meet the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for the Standardization and Revision of Standards of the China Metering Association's Water Metering Working Committee" and have a certain scale of production in the industry and have long-term technical accumulation.
The first meeting of the two national standard revision working groups was mainly directed at GB/T 778-201× Drinking Water Meter and Hot Water Meter Part 1 to Part 5 (draft), GB/T×××××- 201× “Water meter input and output protocol and electronic interface requirements†(Draft) were discussed in earnest and carefully, and an amendment draft of the draft standard was formed.
The “Repetition Index†of the GB/T 778-201× standard newly added project will form a product performance test working group consisting mainly of Ningbo Water Meter Co., Ltd., Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Donghai Waterway Instrument Co., Ltd. Work and form a working group for the drafting of report submission standards.
