5th Alarm fire – North of the Border

Tim Olk ventured just a bit north of the border yesterday and shared this update:
Milwaukee Fire Department responded to an alarm fire at 631 East Center, where temperatures reached 100 degrees.

The high temperatures added to the challenge for firefighters, who worked quickly to contain the blaze. Local residents reported heavy smoke in the area, but no injuries have been reported so far.
