The ISG, IRG, GRG, IHG, YG, and TEB series of single-energy, single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps are designed based on the performance parameters and hydraulic model of the IS-type pump. These pumps feature an integrated structure with equal inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same horizontal line, ensuring a compact and efficient design. The shaft sealing is achieved through high-quality mechanical seals, enhancing reliability and reducing maintenance needs. Among these, the TEB series represents the latest development from our factory, specifically tailored to address space constraints and lifting equipment limitations during pump repair and installation.
1. **ISG Type Pipeline Pump**: Ideal for heating and air conditioning systems, it supports both hot and cold water circulation in high-rise buildings, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance water delivery, and industrial process cycles. It can handle clear water or similar non-corrosive liquids with temperatures not exceeding 80°C.
2. **IRG Type Hot Water Pipeline Pump**: This model is commonly used in greenhouses, boilers, and bathrooms for hot and cold water circulation. It’s also suitable for non-corrosive hot water pressurization across various industries, with a maximum medium temperature of 150°C.
3. **GRG Type High-Temperature Pipeline Pump**: Designed for non-corrosive high-temperature liquid transfer, it is widely used in boiler water supply and drainage, heating systems, and other industrial applications. The operating temperature range is up to 200°C.
4. **IHG Chemical Pipeline Pump**: This pump is engineered for handling corrosive chemical liquids in sectors such as chemicals, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, and textile industries. It can manage media with temperatures up to 100°C.
5. **YG Type Pipeline Oil Pump**: Used for transporting non-corrosive oils and petroleum products without solid particles, with a viscosity below 120 centistokes. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.
6. **TEB Series**: A split-type vertical pipeline pump, the TEB model can be adapted to different environments by changing materials, making it highly versatile for various applications.

All pumps in the ISG, IRG, GRG, IHG, YG, and TEB series feature identical inlet and outlet sizes, arranged horizontally at 180°. Key components include the pump body, pump cover, impeller, seal ring, motor bracket, and more. The pump and motor are coaxial, except for the TEB type, which has an independent pump shaft. The shaft seal uses premium mechanical seals, and from the motor side, the pump rotates clockwise.
