1. Emergency service commitment and technical service scope

d) In response to customer requests for service, our company promises to dispatch technical personnel to the site within 2 hours; emergency can arrive on site within 1 hour.
e) During the warranty period, the failure of the unit due to non-human reasons and damage to the accessories, our company promised to replace them with new ones;
f) Preferential supply of daily consumables for diesel generator sets (air filters, fuel filters, lube filters, water filters, engine oils, etc.);
g) Our company invites your company's personnel to go to our factory for field testing before leaving the factory of Ito diesel generator.

2. Maintenance service charges
For the products we sell, our company routinely repairs, repairs, and overhauls; minor repairs are free;
Medium repair: 40 yuan per KW; overhaul: 50 yuan per KW.
For the replaced parts, we only charge a cost fee
3. Warranty period after-sales service commitment and warranty period after-sales service commitment
Free warranty period: 1 year or 1000 hours of operation (first-come-first-served warranty expires)
The period of free warranty period starts from the date of acceptance of the installation and commissioning of the goods to the buyer's site, and the acceptance of the relevant verification department;
