Tunneling ventilation safety measures

1. The ventilation mode of the underground tunneling face adopts the partial ventilator's press-in ventilation, and the heading head returns to the wind and goes up the mountain.

2. The local fan of the excavation working face selects the YBT52-2 type local ventilator; the power is 11KW, and the wet dust removing fan should be arranged to reduce the dust and dig into the dust to create a better working environment.

3. The local ventilator and starting device must be installed in the inlet tunnel, and the return air inlet from the tunnel should not be less than 10m.

4, at the start of a new heading face, there may not form a separate ventilation system in series before the wind situation, according to relevant provisions of the "coal mine safety regulations" and other security measures.

5. The air volume supplied to the local ventilator at full suction must be greater than the suction air volume of the local ventilator. The minimum wind speed in the roadway between the local ventilator installation location and the return air vent is not less than 0.25 m/s.

6. The local ventilator must be managed by the designated personnel to ensure normal operation.

7. The relative gas emission of the coal mine is 25.14m⊃; /t has entered the high gas mine range. According to the relevant regulations of the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines”, the local ventilator that works normally must use three special power supply; or the local ventilator equipped for normal operation. Install an equivalent local ventilator with the same capability and switch automatically. The power supply of the normal working local ventilator and the standby local ventilator must be taken from independent power sources of different busbars that are simultaneously charged, so that the standby local ventilator works normally when the local ventilator of normal operation fails.

The specification and installation standards of the distance between the air duct mouth and the heading face, the normal working local fan and the alternate local fan automatically switching the cross bellows joint shall be clearly specified in the operating procedures.

9. The excavation working face that uses local fan ventilation should not stop the wind; when the wind is stopped due to maintenance, power failure, failure, etc., all personnel must be evacuated to the full wind pressure into the wind flow, and the power supply is cut off. Gas must be inspected by a full-time gas inspector before ventilation is restored. The local fan can only be turned on by a designated person if the gas concentration in the wind flow within 10 m of the local ventilator and its switch does not exceed 0.5%.

10. The place where the local ventilator is used for wind supply must be equipped with wind power lock to ensure that all non-intrinsically safe electrical equipment in the air-stop zone can be cut off when the normal working local ventilator stops or stops.

11. If the local fan fails to work normally, when switching to the standby local ventilator, the local ventilator should stop working within the ventilation range to eliminate the fault; when the fault is eliminated, return to the normal working local ventilation before returning to work.

12. If two local fans are used to supply air at the same time, the two local fans must simultaneously achieve wind power blocking.

13. The methane wind power blocking test shall be carried out at least once every 10 days. The local ventilator and the standby local ventilator shall be automatically switched every day for normal operation. The local ventilation shall not be affected during the test, and the test records shall be archived for future reference.
