Successful trial production of CX200 stamping machine

The CX200 stamping and forming machine, a cutting-edge coal mining equipment, has been successfully trial-produced at Shandong Laiwu Machinery Factory. This innovative machine is designed to enhance efficiency and precision in the production of coal briquettes. It is powered by a 37kW AC motor that drives a flywheel via a pneumatic clutch, transferring rotational energy through a reducer to the punching arm. Simultaneously, the reducer also controls the indexing rotation of the mold assembly, enabling smooth stamping and die-out operations. The machine is capable of producing various types of briquettes, including specifications such as Φ90, Φ115, and Φ135. After each cycle, the mold rotates 60 degrees, and an auxiliary punch is used to remove the formed material. The finished products are then transported via a belt conveyor and manually packed for further processing or distribution. To ensure durability and safety, the machine’s driving system is equipped with both a pneumatic clutch and a safety clutch. These components work together to reduce mechanical stress, significantly extending the service life of the equipment. Additionally, the machine is designed for ease of operation, offering a stable and reliable performance that makes it ideal for continuous industrial use. With its advanced design and user-friendly features, the CX200 represents a major step forward in coal briquette manufacturing technology. Its successful trial production marks a promising development for the industry, offering improved productivity and operational efficiency.
