The CX200 stamping and forming machine, a cutting-edge coal mining equipment, has recently been successfully trial-produced at the Shandong Laiwu Machinery Factory. This innovative machine is designed to enhance efficiency and performance in briquette production, offering a reliable solution for industrial applications.
Equipped with a 37kW AC motor, the machine utilizes a pneumatic clutch to drive the flywheel, which then transfers power through a reducer to the punching arm. Simultaneously, the reducer also drives the mold assembly to perform indexing rotation, enabling precise stamping and die-out movements. The machine is capable of producing various types of briquettes, including specifications such as Φ90, Φ115, and Φ135.
After the mold rotates 60 degrees, an auxiliary punch is used to remove the formed material. The finished briquettes are then transported via a belt conveyor and manually packed. To ensure smooth and safe operation, the driving system is integrated with both a pneumatic clutch and a safety clutch. This combination significantly extends the service life of the machine while ensuring stable performance and ease of use.
